Intermed Hospital (IMH) began providing health check-up and healthcare consultation services in 1994, before evolving into a full-service hospital and being listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) in 2019 under the name IMH.

Over the years, the hospital has continuously expanded its diagnostic services and obtained multiple ISO certifications.

Currently, IMH operates two affiliated hospitals—IMH Thonburi Hospital and IMH Silom Hospital—staffed by teams of medical specialists. The group also has a network of five branches and provides nationwide services through mobile X-ray units.

**Milestones**

1994

Intermed Hospital began providing health check-up and healthcare consultation services for various organizations under the name Professional Medical Care and Lab Co., Ltd., with a primary focus on occupational health check-ups based on workplace risk factors.

1997

The company enhanced its operations by registering with the Ministry of Commerce and changing its name to Intermedical Care and Lab Health Center Co., Ltd.

2006

Established Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd., offering laboratory testing services in medical technology and toxicology, as well as other laboratory services for private hospitals. Environmental testing services were also introduced, with registration under the Department of Industrial Works, gaining recognition among leading laboratories in Thailand.

2011

Intermed Hospital was officially registered as Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital, certified by the Ministry of Public Health. The hospital also achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification and fully implemented environmental testing services, along with continuous and systematic service development.

2015

The hospital began preparations for listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand to support business growth, including restructuring its shareholding and management systems in alignment with listing requirements.

2017

A subsidiary successfully obtained ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certification for laboratory testing standards, accredited by the Department of Science Service.

Additionally, the subsidiary further enhanced its laboratory system and achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, reinforcing quality assurance, operational control, and customer satisfaction in accordance with international standards.

2018

The company registered a capital of THB 107.50 million, with THB 80.00 million paid-up capital and THB 27.50 million allocated for future public offering. On May 31, 2018, the Extraordinary General Meeting approved the company’s conversion into a public limited company.

At that time, the company had one subsidiary, Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd., operating across five branches: Head Office, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Rayong, and Chonburi, along with nationwide mobile X-ray services and a large team of medical professionals.

2019

Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company Limited was listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) on December 26, 2019, under the ticker symbol IMH.

2021

The company acquired Prapapatt Hospital and rebranded it as IMH Thonburi Hospital.

2023

The company acquired Mahesak Hospital and rebranded it as IMH Silom Hospital.

**Quality and Safety with Certified Standards**

The hospital has consistently ranked among the top performers in the External Quality Assessment Program in Serum Chemistry (EQA:SC) conducted by Mahidol University. It has also continuously received excellent evaluation results from the Bureau of Laboratory Quality Standards, Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health.

With recognized standards and performance validated by both public and private sectors, the hospital has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.

In addition, the hospital actively participates and continuously reports results in external quality assessment programs across multiple disciplines, including Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Banking, Clinical Microbiology, and Clinical Microscopy, under the Bureau of Laboratory Quality Standards, Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health.
