Year 1994

InterMed Hospital began offering health check-up and consultation services at workplaces under the name Professional Medical Care and Lab Co., Ltd., focusing primarily on occupational health check-ups based on risk factors.

Year 1997

The company upgraded its services and registered with the Ministry of Commerce, changing its name to Intermedicare Care and Lab Health Center Co., Ltd.

Year 2006

Established Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd. to provide technical medical analysis, toxicology services, and various laboratory tests for private hospitals. The company also began conducting environmental analysis services registered with the Department of Industrial Works, earning nationwide recognition as a top-tier laboratory.

Year 2011

InterMed Hospital was officially licensed and registered as Intermedicare Care and Lab Hospital by the Ministry of Public Health. It achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification and began offering comprehensive environmental analysis services at workplaces with ongoing systematic service development.

Year 2015

The hospital began preparations to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand to support its expanding health check-up business. The company initiated plans to restructure its shareholding and management in alignment with future public listing.

Year 2017

Its subsidiary passed laboratory testing capability assessments in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards and regulatory requirements of the Department of Science Service. The subsidiary also improved service standards, achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and robust control and monitoring systems across all operations.

Year 2018

The company registered capital of 107.50 million baht, with 80 million baht paid-up and 27.5 million baht reserved for IPO. On May 31, 2018, an extraordinary shareholders' meeting approved the transformation into a public limited company. The company owns one subsidiary, Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd., and operates five branches:Headquarters Pathum Thani Branch Ayutthaya Branch Rayong Branch Chonburi Branch It also operates nationwide mobile X-ray units with a full team of doctors, nurses, and medical professionals.

Year 2019

Intermedicare Care and Lab Public Company Limited was listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) on December 26, 2019, under the stock symbol " IMH "

Year 2021

he company acquired Pracha Pat Hospital and renamed it " IMH Thonburi Hospital. "
