Introducing Intermed Hospital (IMH)

Intermed Hospital (IMH) began providing health check-up and consultation services in 1994 before expanding into a full-scale hospital and listing on the MAI stock exchange in 2019 under the name IMH.

Over the years, the hospital has expanded its diagnostic services and achieved multiple ISO certifications. It currently operates two network hospitals: IMH Thonburi Hospital and IMH Silom Hospital.

These are supported by a team of specialist physicians, a network of 5 branches, and mobile X-ray units that provide services nationwide.

Milestones

1994

Intermed Hospital began providing health check-up and consultation services to various workplaces under the name Professional Medical Care and Lab Co., Ltd., with a primary focus on occupational health screenings tailored to specific job characteristics (based on risk factors).


1997

The service quality was upgraded, and the company was registered with the Ministry of Commerce, changing its name to Intermedical Care and Lab Health Center Co., Ltd.

2006

Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd. was established to provide medical, toxicological, and other laboratory analysis services to general private hospitals. The company also expanded its scope to include environmental analysis, registering with the Department of Industrial Works, which earned it recognition among the nation's leading LAB facilities.

2011

Intermed Hospital was officially licensed and registered as Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital by the Ministry of Public Health. It achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, fully implemented environmental analysis services in workplaces, and continued to systematically develop its service offerings.

2015

Intermed Hospital began preparations for listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to support the future growth of its health check-up business. This involved planning the restructuring of its shareholders and management to align with the listing requirements.

2017
The subsidiary company achieved successful assessment of its testing laboratory competency under the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard and the requirements of the Department of Science Service's Bureau of Laboratory Quality Standards.

Furthermore, recognizing the importance of service standards, the subsidiary developed its laboratory system to achieve ISO 9001:2015 standard, building trust and satisfaction among service recipients and ensuring a controlled, monitored, and responsible workflow in all laboratory operations, meeting international standards.

2018

The company's registered capital reached $107.50$ million Baht, with paid-up capital of $80.00$ million Baht and uncalled capital of $27.5$ million Baht to support a new public offering. On May 31, 2018, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the conversion to a public limited company. The company had one subsidiary, Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd., 5 branches (Head Office, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Rayong, and Chonburi), and mobile X-ray units available nationwide, supported by a large team of specialist doctors, nurses, and personnel.

2019

Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company Limited (IMH) was listed on the MAI Stock Exchange on December 26, 2019, using the ticker symbol "IMH".

2021

IMH Public Company Limited acquired Prachapat Hospital, which was subsequently renamed IMH Thonburi Hospital.

2023

IMH Public Company Limited acquired Mahesak Hospital, which was subsequently renamed IMH Silom Hospital.

The laboratory consistently ranks among the top performers in The External Quality Assessment Program In Serum Chemistry (EQA:SC) from Mahidol University every year. It has continuously received an Excellent rating in analytical quality assessment from the Bureau of Laboratory Quality Standards, Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health. This consistent high performance is achieved through certified standards and external effectiveness evaluations from both governmental and private sectors, including achieving the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
