IMH Hospital began providing health check-up and consultation services in 1994, before expanding into a full-scale hospital. In 2019, it was registered on the MAI stock exchange under the name IMH.

Over the years, the hospital has expanded its lab and diagnostic services, earning several ISO certifications. Currently, IMH operates two network hospitals: IMH Thonburi and IMH Silom. These hospitals are staffed by a team of specialist doctors and supported by a network of five branches, along with mobile X-ray units that provide services nationwide.

1994

IMH Hospital began providing health check-up and consultation services to various workplaces under the name Professional Medical Care and Lab Co., Ltd., with a primary focus on occupational health screenings tailored to specific job risks.

1997

The company was upgraded and registered with the Ministry of Commerce, changing its name to Intermedical Care and Lab Health Center Co., Ltd.

2006

The company established a subsidiary, Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd., to offer medical, toxicological, and other laboratory analysis services to private hospitals. It also expanded into environmental analysis, registering with the Department of Industrial Works, which earned it recognition among leading national laboratories.

2011

IMH Hospital was officially licensed as Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital by the Ministry of Public Health. It also received ISO 9001:2008 certification, and began offering full-scale environmental analysis services for workplaces, leading to continuous and systematic service improvements.

2015

IMH Hospital prepared for its listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand to support future growth in the health check-up business. The company planned to adjust its shareholder and management structures to meet the requirements for a public listing.

2017

The subsidiary passed the laboratory testing competency assessment based on ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards and other regulations from the Department of Science Service. The subsidiary also achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification to build customer trust and satisfaction, ensuring that all laboratory operations are controlled, verified, and monitored by responsible personnel, aligning with international standards.

2018

The company's registered capital was 107.50 million baht, with 80.00 million baht of paid-up capital. An additional 27.5 million baht of registered but uncalled capital was reserved for a new public offering. On May 31, 2018, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders approved the conversion to a public limited company. The company had one subsidiary, Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd., and operated five branches: Headquarters, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Rayong, and Chonburi. It also had mobile X-ray units providing services nationwide, along with a large team of specialized doctors, nurses, and expert personnel.

2019

On December 26, 2019, Intermedical Care and Lab Public Company Limited was listed on the MAI stock exchange, using the ticker symbol "IMH."

2021

Intermedical Care and Lab Public Company Limited acquired Prachapat Hospital and subsequently renamed it IMH Thonburi Hospital.

2023

Intermedical Care and Lab Public Company Limited acquired Mahesak Hospital and subsequently renamed it IMH Silom Hospital.

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification and is recognized for its performance by both public and private external assessment bodies.

Maintains continuous membership and reports results to the Bureau of Laboratory Quality Standards, Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health, for its quality assessment programs in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Banking, Clinical Microbiology, and Clinical Microscopy.

Currently, IMH Hospital has two network hospitals: IMH Silom Hospital and IMH Thonburi Hospital. A third, IMH Bearing Hospital, is also being planned.
