Currently, the company has the following subsidiaries:

1. ACF: Accufast Lab Center Co., Ltd. (Subsidiary) or IMH Thonburi Hospital was established on 20 March 1997, with a registered and paid-up capital of THB 221,400,000. Its head office is located at 442 Bang Waek Road, Bang Waek Subdistrict, Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok.

At present, the Company operates IMH Thonburi Hospital, a large general hospital with 100 beds, providing medical services to general patients, patients under the National Health Security Office (NHSO) scheme, and social security patients. The hospital primarily serves patients in the Thonburi area, supported by specialized physicians and standard medical equipment.

2. IMHB: IMH Bearing Hospital Co., Ltd. (Subsidiary) or IMH Bearing Hospital was established on 11 August 2022, with a registered and paid-up capital of THB 1,000,000. Its office is located at 442 Bang Waek Road, Bang Waek Subdistrict, Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok.

The Company has not yet commenced business operations.

3. IMHS: IMH Silom Hospital Co., Ltd. (Subsidiary) or IMH Silom Hospital was established on 31 January 2023, with a registered capital of THB 1,000,000,000 and paid-up capital of THB 855,150,000. Its office is located at 442 Bang Waek Road, Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok.

Currently, the Company operates IMH Silom Hospital, a large general hospital with 132 beds, providing medical services to general patients, patients under the National Health Security Office (NHSO) scheme, and social security patients. The hospital focuses on serving patients in the Silom–Sathorn area, supported by specialized physicians and standard medical equipment.

4. MD: Mahesak Hospital Co., Ltd. (Indirect Subsidiary) or Mahesak Hospital was established on 21 July 1975, with a registered and paid-up capital of THB 40,000,000. Its office is located at 46/7-9 Mahesak Road, Suriyawong Subdistrict, Bang Rak District, Bangkok, in the Silom–Sathorn business district.

The hospital was later rebranded as IMH Silom Hospital.

5. SSW: Suksawat Medical Co., Ltd. (Indirect Subsidiary) was established on 15 September 2008, with a registered and paid-up capital of THB 36,000,000. Its office is located at 146 Suksawat Road, Bang Pakok Subdistrict, Rat Burana District, Bangkok.

The Company is currently engaged in the trading of medical equipment, instruments, and medical supplies.
