1. Outpatients (OPD): OPD patients can request a referral letter from the Vachira Phayabal Hospital referral clinic to receive treatment at IMH Silom Hospital and IMH Thonburi Hospital.

2. Emergency Patients: Emergency patients can receive service immediately at IMH Silom Hospital and IMH Thonburi Hospital without a referral letter.
