University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce Partners with Intermedical Care and Lab (IMH) to Develop AI Capabilities Moving Toward Becoming an AI-First Hospital

The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC), through its Information Technology Division, hosted a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UTCC and Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company Limited (IMH). The collaboration aims to enhance artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to upgrade hospital management systems and transform IMH into an AI-First Hospital.

The MoU was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanavath Phonvichai, President of UTCC, and Dr. Sithiwat Kamkatwong, Chief Executive Officer of IMH. Distinguished witnesses included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Weerachart Kilanon, Senior Vice President for Academic and Research Affairs, Mr. Boonyarit Kalayanamit, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Vice Chairman of the UTCC Council, Dr. Sukhum Kanchanapimai, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health, and Ms. Paramaporn Pawarotkit, Deputy CEO of IMH.

The signing ceremony took place on September 15, 2025, at the University Council Meeting Room, 15th floor, Building 24 (Symbolic Building), University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
