What is Osteoporosis?
Osteoporosis is a condition in which bone density and quality decrease, making the bones fragile and susceptible to fractures from even minor impacts, such as tripping, falling, or lifting heavy objects.
The disease often develops silently, showing no symptoms until a 'fracture' occurs as the first warning sign.
Symptoms to Watch Out For
- Chronic back pain
- Progressive height loss
- Hunching (Stooped posture) and rounded shoulders (or simply Kyphosis and rounded shoulders)
- Easy fractures, particularly in the hip, wrist, or spine (or Fragility fractures, especially in the hip, wrist, or spine)
- Difficulty walking or loss of balance (in the elderly)
A large number of patients do not realize they have the condition until a fracture happens.

Osteoporosis: Early awareness leads to prevention.
The disease may have no prior warning signs, but getting annual health check-ups and taking proper care of yourself starting today will help you maintain strong bones for years to come.

A panic attack, commonly referred to in Thai as "โรคแพนิก" (panic disorder), is a sudden, intense, and rapid physical and emotional response to stress or anxiety. It can cause overwhelming feelings of fear and distress, even in situations where there appears to be no real danger.
Panic attacks typically come on abruptly and usually last around 10 to 30 minutes before gradually subsiding.
